We loved the serene location of the hotel surrounded by lush vegetation, which provided us with a peaceful environment to relax. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very kind and hospitable, always ready to help, and they provided us with tasty breakfast options.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Spent Christmas here and the decorations were lovely and the atmosphere festive. The pool was clean and the swim-up bar was a great feature. The breakfast options were abundant and of good quality. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The Wi-Fi signal was very weak and at times non-existent which was frustrating, especially when trying to stay connected with family during the holiday season. the air conditioning was not working properly in our room and it took several attempts to get it fixed.

The hotel is surrounded by lush vegetation. The staff are kind and helpful. The location offers a good view of Mount Meru. The pool and pool bar are great. Breakfast is super tasty.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel's location is a real advantage, just a short drive from the airport. the room was comfortable, with big and cozy beds and a nice TV with access to Netflix. the staff was polite, always smiling, and answers all of our questions. the restaurant prices were very reasonable, and the vegetarian pizza was delicious. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool and appreciated the hot water with good pressure in the bathroom.
The menu was limited, and half of the items were not available.

The hotel is situated in a serene location, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. the staff was very helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that their guests are comfortable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered excellent facilities including a gym and a spa which provided a relaxing experience.
The hotel faces some issues with basic facilities like the internet, power outages and TV which required constant technical adjustments. the hotel can also improve on its food quality and service.
